Incidental charge of $150 hold will be placed on your card upon check-in. This fee is returned in full to the guest if no items are broken and Cabin is left in good order at check-out.

Guests must wash dishes before check-out.

No open flames are allowed on site at Narrow Gauge Inn.

Fireplace is decorative only. Cabin does have heaters to stay warm. Incidental fee will be charged if Fireplace is used or attempted to be used.

*Note – Cabin is NOT cleaned every night of your stay by our Housekeeping staff unless requested by you. A $65 cleaning fee will be added for each day of Housekeeping service needed. If additional towels or supplies are needed during your stay, our staff will happily assist you, free of charge.

All requests for Cabin supplies are due by 11am daily. Front Desk will happily deliver all supplies requested directly to your Cabin. Unfortunately, our limited staff cannot deliver supplies past 5pm nightly.

An additional cleaning fee of $65 will be assessed if Cabin is left excessively dirty and dishes are left unwashed. This is different than the $150 incidental charge deposit.
